What Comes in the Box

Your Recycleaner arrives fully assembled with two main packages:

Main Package:

1. Cleaner body with high-pressure pump
2. Bucket with water filter
3. Water separator assembly
4. Vacuum head
5. Removable handle
6. Integrated vacuum/pressure hose set
7. Various spare parts and accessories (inside bucket)

Hand Tool Package:

• Tool(s) purchased with cleaner
• Separate operating instructions for tools

IMPORTANT: Do NOT use damaged components

• Contact supplier immediately for replacement
• Using damaged parts may void warranty
• Using damaged parts creates safety hazards

Step 1: Remove Hoses

• Remove hose assembly from around cleaner BEFORE lifting
• This prevents tangling and makes lifting safer

Step 2: Lift Safely

• Use TWO side handles on bucket
• Complete assembly weighs 28kg
• Use proper lifting technique - bend knees, straight back
• Alternative: Cut one side of box away for easier access
• Get help if needed

Step 3: Remove Components

• Unclip vacuum head
• Remove two water separator assemblies from bucket top
• Remove all accessories from inside bucket
• Keep packaging until you confirm no damage

Step 4: Transit Inspection

Check ALL components for damage:

• Vacuum head - no cracks, latches work
• Trolley and bucket - no dents, no leaks
• Wheels and brakes - secure and functional
• Power cord - no cuts or frays
• Plug - intact and properly fitted
• Switches - all functional
• Hoses - no splits or holes
• Nozzles and wands - undamaged
• Drain valve - operational
• Filters - both present
• Spare parts match packing list
• Packaging shows no severe impact or water damage
